CICO workshop | Cost: A$300 Offsite: Manawa Simulation Centre The CICO workshop is designed as a refresher to maintain the necessary skills to manage emergency front of neck access in critical airway emergencies. The workshop will include an emphasis on current management strategies in children. The 90-minute program will involve hands on learning and the simulation of an airway emergency. Participants in the ANZCA and FPM CPD program may claim this workshop/course as a CICO emergency response activity in their CPD portfolio. |

Paed ALS workshop | Cost: A$500 Offsite: Manawa Simulation Centre The Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) workshop is designed as a refresher to maintain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively handle paediatric emergencies and resuscitation scenarios. The workshop lasts for 90 minutes and employs scenario-based simulations as well as hands-on practice in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and intraosseous skills. The workshop is recognised by the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program as a cardiac arrest emergency response activity. |

This hands-on workshop will introduce or sharpen your skills on the Plan A blocks frequently used in children. |
