Cancellation: Within 29 days of arrival - Bookings cancelled twenty nine (29) to one (1) day prior and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking period.

If you would like to book a room at the conference rate, you can do so during your registration.

If the dates you require are not available or if you would like to book days before or after the conference dates - please book what you can and enter your preferred dates in the 'special requests' field and we will contact the hotel and endeavour to book the extended dates on your behalf.

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. No pre-payment is required until you arrive.
