REGISTRATION

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering for the conference. Registrations will be confirmed within 7 days of completion of the registration form.

TAPNA is an incorporated association. To become a member and secure the member rates, please click here to apply for membership. Once your membership application has been completed, you will have access to the member rates. You are required to be a financial member at the time of registration. If you are not currently a financial member, you will be amended to a non-member. 

This is a scientific meeting which aims to enhance medical knowledge amongst health professionals in the field of Toxicology. The meeting is open to TAPNA members and Health Professionals practising in, or with an active interest in Toxicology. In addition, representatives from industry sponsors are permitted to attend the meeting as observers. However, personnel from pharmaceutical, medical device or other related companies that are not sponsoring the meeting are not permitted to register.

REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY 
  • Specialist Doctor: Specialist Clinician or fellows
  • Registrar: Registrars, residents, or junior Doctors in Training
  • Other: Non-medical concession registration includes Medical Students, Pharmacists, Scientists, Nurses, Paramedics and all attendees from approved developing world countries (approved developing world countries on the TAPNA list).


REGISTRATION inclusions

  • Full Conference: Full conference registration, recordings post-event, one ticket to the Welcome Reception and one ticket to the Conference Dinner.
  • Day Only: A conference registration for the allocated day and recordings post event. Social functions are to be purchased separately. 
  • Virtual: Includes access to the live stream of the conference, and recordings post event. 
  • Post-event recordings only: Only permits access to the post-event recordings. This registration type does not include live streaming or the optional to participate in the online questions. Please be advised, that members will receive recordings as part of their membership 3 months post-event. If registering for Post-Event Recordings Only as a member, this entitles you to receive the live-stream website as the event concludes. 
  • Workshop only: Includes a ticket to your nominated workshop only.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars. Payment for registration can be made by credit card or an invoice can be requested. If requesting an invoice, fees must be paid within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled.  

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If you are unable to attend in person because of COVID related travel restrictions you will be offered a refund of the difference from face to face to virtual registration. 

Cancellations received:

(a) Before 5pm on Friday 13 March 2026, you will recieve a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation administration fee of $150 AUD
(b) After the referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5pm on Friday 10 April 2026, you will recieve a refund of on ehalf of monies actually received 
(c) After the date referred to in paragraph (b), you have no entitlement to a refund of in any amount

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, someone else to attend in their place.
  • Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, they must be written.
  • The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
  • If the event is cancelled a refund of monies received is entitled, as per the registration terms and conditions.
  • For a postponed event, monies received will be retained for the new event unless a written request for a refund is made to the Conference Secretariat as per the registration terms and conditions.

INSURANCE
The conference organising committee strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance. 





An important note about privacy and attendance
Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of the Toxicology and Poisons Network Australasia, Inc (ABN 27 768 506 633) (“TAPNA”) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381).  The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with TAPNA and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statementsprivacy policy and specific consents contained on this site
