TAPNA is an incorporated association. To become a member and secure the member rates, please click here to apply for membership. Once your membership application has been completed, you will have access to the member rates. You are required to be a financial member at the time of registration. If you are not currently a financial member, you will be amended to a non-member.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars. Payment for registration can be made by credit card or an invoice can be requested. If requesting an invoice, fees must be paid within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If you are unable to attend in person because of COVID related travel restrictions you will be offered a refund of the difference from face to face to virtual registration.
Cancellations received:
(a) Before 5pm on Friday 13 March 2026, you will recieve a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation administration fee of $150 AUD
(b) After the referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5pm on Friday 10 April 2026, you will recieve a refund of on ehalf of monies actually received
(c) After the date referred to in paragraph (b), you have no entitlement to a refund of in any amount

INSURANCE
The conference organising committee strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
