Booking Terms: All bookings will be charged a one-night deposit 30 days prior to your arrival with the full balance to be settled upon your arrival. 

Cancellaiton: Each room night cancelled will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full accommodation component (100%). Any additional rooms will be on a request basis at the best available rate, subject to availability. All cancellations must be received in writing and must be reconfirmed by the Conference Secretariat, and Hotel.
