FLIGHTS and airport transfers

You are responsible for booking your own flights into Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

You will be asked to provide your flight/arrival details to the conference secretariat no later than 6 weeks prior to the conference (or at the time of registration) so that transfers can be arranged for you.  If you fail to provide your flight details, transfers will not be organised and you will be responsible for making your own way to the hotel.  

Transfer costs are included in your registration fee, unless you fail to provide your flight details by the deadline.  

If you have others with you who are NOT registered for the Conference, then you will need to book transfers for them, at a cost of A$45 pp (adult) and A$30pp (child 12 yrs and under) each way.
