Rooms are being held at Conference rates at the Golden Palm Tree Malaysia for those attending the conference. If you would like to book a room at the conference rate, please indicate your requirements when you register.
Hotel accommodation bookings need to be pre-paid with your registration fee.
Room Rates and availability.
Please see each room type below for the rate per room per night. All rates include 8% Tax (SST) and 10MYR Tourism tax (TTx).
Rooms are being held at discounted conference rates which can be booked at the time of registration.
All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking, with specific mention of the 3 bedroom villas, of which there is a strictly limited supply at the hotel.
Additional children in rooms
Please note, children in rooms may be accommodated on day beds in some room types. The day bed may be located in the lounge area or main room space. There are no roll-away beds in the resort. Please note the bedding options in the room description below.
Payment
Full payment of all rooms is required prior to your arrival. You will be invoiced for accommodation costs as part of your registration.
Superior Room - Twin or Double
Rate: A$230 per night
Can accommodate 2 persons with existing bedding.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, all accommodation must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
The hotel has some very strict cancellation policies. Please be aware of the following when booking:
- Before the 30 March 2026, accommodation canceled will be refunded in full.
- Any room cancelled between 31 - 91 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee calculated on the full stay of the room cancelled.
- Any cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay of the room cancelled.
- No Show will be treated as a cancellation and 100% fee will be charged, resulting in a loss of monies paid.
Check In And Out
Please note, check in time for the hotel is at 3.00pm. No guarantee is given for room availability before this time. Check out is 12 noon.
Payment For Room
All accommodation must be paid at the time of booking.
Monies paid at this time will then be passed onto the hotel and credited to your room for your arrival. Incidentals will still be at your own expense.
