Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering for the conference. Registration and accommodation bookings will be confirmed within 7 days of your registration.
Want to join the HPS?
If you wish to join HPS, the cost is $100 Joining fee (payable once) and $110 annual membership (including GST), which will be prorated depending on when you submit your application. The membership year runs from July - June each year.

As the conference organiser is overseas with another event from the 1 - 6 December 2023, the earlybird rate has been extended until the 8 December.

* return airport transfers are only provided if flight details are provided 6 weeks prior to the conference start date or at the time of registration.
Please note: No individual tickets will be available for any of the functions or tours for spouses or older children. The package is sold as a whole and accompanying persons not registered will not be able to join the conference meals or activities.
How To Register
Payment Of Fees
Payment of fees should accompany all registrations and may be made by cheque, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or AMEX) or direct deposit (please ensure a remittance advice is emailed to secretariat@hpsociety.org.au). Visa, MasterCard and AMEX payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge.
If you choose to pay by credit card, please note
the bank/credit card fee is non refundable.
Fees must be paid within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled, unless we have received a request for a payment extension.

Cancellations And Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received:
- On or before 15 December 2023 will incur a $200 cancellation fee
- On or before 15 March 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation of fees paid
- After 15 March 2024 2022 there will be no refund

Insurance
The conference organising committee strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
