KIDS PROGRAM

This year, the 'kids club' will offer activities for 'older' children, age 6 and over.  



Inclusions for the week 

Included as part of conference activities

  • Dedicated kids supervisor
  • Welcome Reception
  • Casual afternoon/afternoon at resort (please refer to Social program tab for information
  • Morning Tea x 5 (Mon - Fri)
  • Lunch x 5 (Mon - Fri)
  • Return Airport Transfers (if flights advised by 8 March)
  • Kids Conference Dinner
  • Breakfast (with accommodation)

A number of activities will take place each day with a focus on the outdoor activities.  The resort has a large, dedicated kids club area which will be the base for the kids club for the week.  The HPS will provide a dedicated team member to supervise the children, who will be working with the childcare team at the resort.

The final program will be determined closer to the date of the conference.

The Kids program includes activities/supervision at the times the conference is running and meals and snacks during this time as well. For the evening functions, entertainment is also offered for the kids during the dinner times after their meal until 10.00pm or the end of the function (whichever is earlier).

Please note, the kids club does not operate outside of the conference session times and you are responsible for the care of your children at all other times.



Younger Children

For children aged 5yrs and younger there are a couple of options.

NUI KIDS CLUB

The resort permits children as young as 3 years to participate in the kids club activities.  Please note, this is not part of the HPS kids program.

NANNY SERVICE

For children under the age of 3, the resort will assist with the arrangements for a Nanny Service.

Costs (as at 30 August 2023) are FJ$40 for the 1st 2 hrs and FJ$17 for every hour after that.  Notice of at least 2 hours is required for Nanny arrangements..
