An opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues at the start of the conference over a light meal and drinks.

Casual Dinner 'Afternoon' 

Tuesday 23 April

1.15pm - 6.30pm

Floating platform - with casual food

A short transfer to the port will see us board a ferry for a 30 minute ride to 7th Heaven.  This is a platform located in the middle of the ocean, allowing for snorkeling in the immediate area.

SAFETY FIRST

Given the location and inherent risk associated with this venue, the HPS asks parents with children who cannot swim independently, to allow them to stay at the resort, where they will be included in supervised kids club and provided with a meal.

For any families who wish to stay at the resort with their younger children, casual food and drinks will be made available.

The function on the water will be a 'dry' event, with no service of alcohol on the platform.  A variety of non alcoholic drinks will be available.

All parents with children who wish to go snorkeling, will be expected to join them in the water.  No children are permitted to snorkel without a parent supervision.

Conference Dinner 

From Sunset - 10.30pm

Barefoot on the beach....

What better way to end the conference than with a relaxing, shared meal by the water.

However, for those who wish to finish the week with a 'bang' the resort nightclub will be open to dance the night away.
