Accommodation
Rooms are being held at Conference rates at the Sofitel Fiji for those attending the conference. If you would like to book a room at the conference rate, please indicate your requirements when you register.
Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee.
Room Rate
The room rate for Superior Rooms (see below for details) is FJ $730 per night (approx A$495).
Availability
We wish to advise that accommodation is no longer being offered.
Please contact the Secretariat directly with your accommodation request, however, with the event being held at a very busy time of year, all rooms are subject to availability.
Superior Room - Twin
Room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (14yrs and under) in 2 x Queen Beds.
Breakfast is included each morning.
Superior Room - King
Room can accommodate 2 adults.
Breakfast is included each morning.
Additional Room Type - fully allocated family rooms
There are NO MORE family rooms available at the hotel, within the organisers allocation, and the hotel will not provide any more through us. You can try booking direct with the hotel through their website.
Cancellation Policy
As the Conference is being held during school holidays, the hotel has some very strict cancellation policies. Please be aware of the following when booking:
- Any cancellation with 30 days of your arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay of the room cancelled.
- No Show will be treated as a cancellation and 100% fee will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
Check In And Out
Please note, check in time for the hotel is at 2.00pm. No guarantee is given for room availability before this time. Check out is 11.00am.
Payment For Room
You will not be asked to pay for your room in advance. Credit card details are collected by the conference secretariat and passed onto the hotel for them to hold as security against your room.
By providing your credit card details at registration, you are agreeing to the cancellation clauses above and understand that your card will be charged if you cancel within the period above.
