Breakfast is not included in the above rate, but can be added to your accommodation booking at the rate of $29.00 per person/per night. 

Payment Terms
Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking. The hotel will take a deposit (equal to 1 night/s accommodation) 30 days prior to arrival date. Please note that all credit card payments incur a 1.3% to 3% surcharge in addition to the total amount payable. 

Cancellation 
If you cancel more than 30 days before the conference, cancellations are permitted without penalty. Within 30 days of arrival, all cancellations will be charged at the full cancellation penalty; equal to the entire nights booked.

Payment Terms
Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking. The hotel will take the total payment required 30 days prior to arrival date. 

Cancellation 
Cancellation costs are dependent on how far in advance of the agreed arrival date that booking is cancelled and will be calculated as follows:

  • more than 45 days prior to arrival - 25% of the room rate
  • within 45-30 days of arrival - 50% of the room rate
  • within 30 days of arrival – 100% of the room rate
Amendments may incur a fee.
