Registrations are open for the ANZSPM 2024 Biennial Conference. 

Everyone attending the 2024 ANZSPM Conference needs to complete their own registration form (this includes invited speakers, Chairpersons and all other delegates). Please read the information carefully before completing the online registration form. All payments are to be directed to the Conference Secretariat. Details on how to pay are below, and further outlined during the registration process.

 Please note that whilst we encourage Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners to attend the conference - the sessions will be geared towards Specialists and Trainees.

The following registration rates will be offered this year (all prices quoted are in AUD and include GST)

*Premium registrations: A portion of your registration fee will be used towards supporting the Trainees and New Fellows who are attending the meeting on Thursday 23rd November.  

MEMBERSHIP

The member discount is only available to members who are financial at the time of the Conference. 

When you register at the membership rate, your membership must be financially active until June 30, 2025, due to the conference falling within the 2025 financial year. If your membership fee is not paid by June 2025, your status will change to non-member until this has been amended (fees apply*). Current members can renew their membership via the ANZSPM website

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment of fees can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex - all attract a 2.2% surcharge) or direct deposit. You can select either option at the end of the registration site.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Your registration will be acknowledged by email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations received:
(a) Within 8 weeks of the Conference, You will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD$150;
(b) Within 4 weeks of the conference, You will receive a refund of one half of monies actually received;
(c) Within 2 weeks of the conference, You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount.

INSURANCE

The Conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the Conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
