Please read all details below (and other pages for accommodation) before you begin your registration for the conference.

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this site before completing your registration.

DIETITIANS SESSION

If you would just like to attend the dietitians session online, please CLICK HERE and register. If you are planning on attending in person you do not need to register. Details on how to joining the zoom meeting will be sent our closer to the event.

Payment of Fees

All fees are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants, however you must complete the online registration before the tax invoice can be issued.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment of fees can be made by direct deposit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX 2.2% surcharge). All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the Conference.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellations received:

Before 9 August 2024 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee
Before 20 September 2024 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
After 20 September 2024 there will be no refund

Insurance

The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
