Accommodation is being offered at the below properties and bookings for accommodation can be made during the online registration process. The Secretariat will book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel. Hotel accommodation bookings must be paid for during the registration process or within 30 days of booking.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur the following charges:
- If the booking is for three (3) nights or less, one night cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the booking is for four (4) nights or more, two nights will be charged
