ACCOMMODATION

Conference accommodation is being offered at the below 4 hotels. You can book your accommodation through the online registration process.

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel but will not be charged until check out. Your credit card will be charged in full upon check out.

HOW TO BOOK
Please complete the accommodation section during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in time is 2.00pm
Check out time is 11.00am

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be in writing to the secretariat and will be subject to the following terms:

Adina - Any cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee

Mantra on The Esplanade - Cancellations received within 30 - 15 days of arrival will be charged one night.
Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100%

Mantra Pandanas - Cancellations received within 30 - 15 days of arrival will be charged one night.
Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100%

Vibe Hotel - Any cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee
