REGISTRATION

Please read all details below (and other pages for accommodation and tour options) before  you begin your registration for the conference.

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this site before completing your registration.

Attendance at both the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner, with name badge provided.

All fees are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants, however you must complete the online registration before the tax invoice can be issued. 

Payment of Fees
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment of fees can be made by cheque, direct deposit or credit card (MasterCard and Visa 2.2% surcharge and AMEX 3.3% surcharge). Cheques should be made payable to APEG Conference and drawn on an Australian bank. All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the Conference. 
 
Cancellation and Refunds 
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. 
 
Cancellations received
Before 7 June 2016 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee
Before 12 July 2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
After 12 July 2016 there will be no refund
 
Insurance
The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance. 
 
What to wear 
Sessions: Casual
Welcome Reception: Smart Casual
Conference Dinner: As the dinner will be held outside, we don’t require you to dress up but to dress warm! Temperatures in Alice Springs in July can drop to 0 degrees Celsius overnight so we encourage you to wear warm jackets, scarves, beanies, maybe even thermals for the conference dinner that will go later into the evening.
