Everyone attending Romance Queens of the Desert needs to complete their own registration form (this includes speakers, moderators and all other delegates). Please read the information carefully before completing the online registration form. Details on how to pay are below, and further outlined during the registration process. All prices quoted are in AUD and include GST. 

RWA is an incorporated association. To become a member and secure the member rates, please click here to apply for membership. Once your membership application has been completed, you will have access to the member rates.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment of fees can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex - all attract a 2.2% surcharge) or direct deposit. You can select either option at the end of the registration site.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Your registration will be acknowledged by email with confirmation of your requirements, according to your registration form.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES AND REFUNDS FOR REGISTRATION

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat (rwausconference@romanceaustralia.com)

Registration cancellations received:

(a) From the time of booking until the 30th June 2026, You will receive a full refund of monies received, less a cancellation administration fee of AUD$150
(b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5pm AEST on 30th July 2026, You will receive a refund of one half of monies received;
(c) after the date referred to in paragraph (b), You have no entitlement to a refund in any amount.

INSURANCE

The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the Conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of the Romance Writers of Australia Inc (ABN 30 075 409 728) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381).
