Delegate List Consent
In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and may be made available to parties directly related to this event. Your details as given in this form (and any subsequent amendment) will be included in the delegate list produced for the conference which will be supplied to organising bodies, supporters, and all delegates attending the conference.

Advertising opportunities
RWAus are opening up advertising opportunities early this year, however places are strictly limited so book now to secure your place!
There are two options for advertising opportunities available - printed program booklet and/or AV screen in the session room. The AV screen will be taking pride of place in the main session room of the conference and ads will be looped throughout the event when sessions are not taking place. The program will be printed in A4 and will be distributed to every delegate attending the conference, so your advertisement will be in the hands of over 350 delegates for the entire 3 days.
Please note, there is a discounted rate for RWA members.
Program booklet advertising
Please note, the program booklet will be A4 in size, so it's a half page A5 or quarter page A6.
AV screen advertising
Please note, the AV screen will be one size and ads will be shown in the session rooms during breaks. You will be provided a template to put your content into upon confirmation.

Our annual costume cocktail party is a beloved way to kick off our conference in style! This year our theme is 'Romance Queens of the Desert', and we encourage you to come dressed up! We can't wait to see how you interpret this theme and of course there will be prizes for best dressed, but if you'd prefer, you're welcome to come along in cocktail wear. Substantial canapes and one (1) free drink voucher (there will be a cash bar to purchase additional drinks).
Gala Awards Dinner

Join us for a fabulous night where we celebrate all things romance! You’ll enjoy a delicious three-course meal and get to socialise and network with your fellow writers, and if you aren’t ready to end the party there, we’ll kick on with music and dancing at our after party! There’ll be plenty to celebrate with presentations and awards, so put on your finest and join us for a night you won’t forget!
