This site will guide you step by step to complete your registration for the conference. Ensure that all fields marked with an asterisk are completed before continuing. All rates quoted are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars.

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of the Romance Writers of Australia Inc (ABN 30 075 409 728) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with the Romance Writers of Australia Inc and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement, privacy policy and specific consents.

Only members of RWA are able to register under the Member rate. All registration fees are quoted in AUD and inclusive of GST.

The below registration type includes all conference sessions over Saturday and Sunday, the Cocktail party of the Friday night and all official conference documentation. Friday workshops are NOT included in the conference registration however you can add this on the next page.

Our annual costume cocktail party is a beloved way to kick off our conference in style! This year our theme is 'Romance Queens of the Desert', and we encourage you to come dressed up! We can't wait to see how you interpret this theme and of course there will be prizes for best dressed, but if you'd prefer, you're welcome to come along in cocktail wear.
Substantial canapes and one (1) free drink voucher (there will be a cash bar to purchase additional drinks).

RWAus are opening up advertising opportunities early this year,  however places are strictly limited so book now to secure your place!

There are two options for advertising opportunities available - printed program booklet and/or AV screen in the session room. The AV screen will be taking pride of place in the main session room of the conference and ads will be looped throughout the event when sessions are not taking place.  The program will be printed in A4 and will be distributed to every delegate attending the conference, so your advertisement will be in the hands of over 350 delegates for the entire 3 days.

  • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Please note there is a 2.2% surcharge for credit cards. The transaction will appear on your statement as "Will Organise".
  • Direct deposit - Select the Direct Deposit option below and an invoice with bank details will be sent to you.
  • Payment plan - If you would like to pay your invoice off in installments, you can only do this via direct deposit (i.e. not via credit card). You can choose how often and how much you pay however you MUST ensure you include your reference number and surname in the description to ensure we can locate and allocate your payments. Select the Direct Deposit option below and an invoice with bank details will be sent to you.
