Welcome to Uluru! Join us on the first night of the SPANZA 2025 ASM, to catch up with friends and colleagues whilst enjoying a relaxing drink or two and some canapés poolside at the Sails in the Desert. 

Wintjiru Wiru Sunset Dinner & Show

The night begins with a cocktail upon a sustainability-built platform, where guests can take in a stunning sunset with views out to both Uluru & Kata Tjuta before being seated in the Amphitheatre with a gourmet hamper celebrating native ingredients, paired perfectly with the choice of Australian wine or beer. As darkness falls, drones, lights. Traditional music, and Pitjantjatjara language will bring to life the Mala story under the desert sky.
