Breakfast: Enjoy a full Likari Buffet Breakfast for $41.65 per person and can be booked at time of registration. If breakfast is booked onsite, this is $51.00 per person. 

Booking terms: Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. No pre-payment is required until you arrive.

Transfers: Complimentary Airport Transfers are available to request upon booking accommodation. Arrival and Departure times are available to input within the registration site. These must be confirmed to the conference secretariat within 21 days of the start of event. 

Payment terms: Full payment for the accommodation booking will be charged to the individual Guest’s credit card 60 days prior to the arrival date. Any accommodation booking not secured by a credit card will not be booked - so please ensure you credit card will be valid until the month of October 2025. 

Cancellation: All accommodation cancellation notices must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing and will become effective once confirmed by the Conference Secretariat.

• If the cancellation date is more than 31 days prior to the arrival date then no cancellation fees will apply (full refund)
• If the cancellation date is 30-15 days prior to the arrival date then a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights’ accommodation charge per room will apply.
• If the cancellation date is less than 14 days prior to the arrival date then a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the accommodation charge for the booking will apply. 
• The cancellation fee is payable within 14 days from the cancellation date.

While there are no restaurant facilities at this property, a number of dining options are located just outside the Hotel within the Resort Town Square and guests can also choose to dine at any of the restaurants and bars across the Resort, with room-charge facilities.
