REGISTRATION


Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering for the conference. Registrations will be confirmed within 7 days of completion of the registration form.

You are required to be a financial member of APAMT or TAPNA at the time of registration. If you are not currently a financial member, you will be amended to a non-member. 

TAPNA is an incorporated association. To become a member and secure the member rates, please click here to apply for membership. Once your membership application has been completed, you will have access to the member rates.

This is a scientific meeting which aims to enhance medical knowledge amongst health professionals in the field of Toxicology. The meeting is open to TAPNA or APAMT members and Health Professionals practising in, or with an active interest in Toxicology. In addition, representatives from industry sponsors are permitted to attend the meeting as observers. However, personnel from pharmaceutical, medical device or other related companies that are not sponsoring the meeting are not permitted to register.

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT OF FEES

All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars. Payment for registration can be made by credit card or an invoice can be requested. If requesting an invoice, fees must be paid within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled.  

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If you are unable to attend in person because of COVID related travel restrictions you will be offered a refund of the difference from face to face to virtual registration. 

Cancellations received:

(a) 8 weeks prior to the event will incur a $150 cancellation fee 
(b) 4 weeks prior to the event will be refunded 50% of fees paid 
(c) 2 weeks prior to the event there will be no refund

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, someone else to attend in their place.
  • Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted; they must be submitted in writing.
  • The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
  • If the event is cancelled, a refund of monies received is entitled, as per the registration terms and conditions.
  • For a postponed event, monies received will be retained for the new event unless a written request for a refund is made to the Conference Secretariat as per the registration terms and conditions.

INSURANCE
The conference organising committee strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
