REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN!


Registrations are open to Palliative Medicine Specialists, Trainees, Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners and any GP's or Specialists with an interest in Palliative Medicine.

Everyone attending the 2022 ANZSPM Conference needs to complete their own registration form (this includes invited speakers, Chairpersons and all other delegates). Please read the information carefully before completing the online registration form. All payments are to be directed to the Conference Secretariat. Details on how to pay are below, and further outlined during the registration process.

Please note that whilst we encourage Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners to attend the conference - the sessions will be geared towards Specialists and Trainees.

Who should attend the trainee day: Doctors with an intent or an interest in training in palliative medicine, residents or physician trainees, anyone in a trainee position, palliative medicine trainees and New Fellows within 2 years of completing your traineeship)

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex) or direct deposit. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Your registration will be acknowledged by email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Cancellations (this includes changing from an onsite registration to a virtual registration) must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Registration cancellations received:
(a) before 5 pm on 1st August 2022, You will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD $150;
(b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5 pm on 15th August 2022, You will receive a refund of one half of monies actually received;
(c) after the date referred to in paragraph (b), You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount. 

INSURANCE

The Conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the Conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of Australia and New Zealand Society of Palliative Medicine, Inc (ABN 54 931 717 498) (“ANZSPM”) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381).
