Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by cheque, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Amex only) or direct deposit (please ensure remittance advice is emailed to info@thenac.com.au). Credit card payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge. Cheques are to be made payable to theNAC.
GST
Acknowledgements
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- On or before Friday 27th June 2022, you will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD$100
- After the date referred to in paragraph (a) but before Friday 10th June 2022, you will receive a refund of one half of monies actually received
- After the date listed in paragraph (b), there will be no refund
Please note all cancellation fees are subject to GST.
Insurance
The Conference Organising Committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
Privacy
Please note that this event is being managed by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement, privacy policy and specific consents contained on this site.
