Venues and accommodation
Accommodation is at your own expense and is additional to the cost of registration. A small number of rooms will be held at the accommodation venues below - all located where the workshop will be held. Accommodation can be booked at the time of registration.
PLEASE NOTE:
No payment for accommodation is taken at the time of booking, but a credit card will be asked of you to act as security for your booking. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of check in or fail to show for your booking, your credit card will be used as payment of the cancellation fee or full booking, depending on the time of your cancellation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
It is expected that you be in attendance from the start to the end of sessions each day.
If you live close to the city of the workshop, but risk traffic congestion or extended travel time to reach the venue, we strongly suggest you consider staying on site for the duration of the workshop. The workshops are intensive and feedback from past events is that they are quite exhausting (but very rewarding).
All workshops start between 7.30am - 8.00am each morning and finish at 5.30pm (with welcome function after day 1), and we strongly advise that if you are needing to fly into the city for the workshop, that you arrive the night before the start date.
