Registration details

Each person attending the Retreat needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the HPS Secretariat. This includes speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering for the conference. Registration and accommodation bookings will be confirmed within 7 days of your registration.

All registration fees include GST.

payment of fees

Payment of fees should accompany all registrations and may be made by cheque, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or AMEX) or direct deposit (please ensure a remittance advice is emailed to secretariat@hpsociety.org.au). Visa, MasterCard and AMEX payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge.

If you choose to pay by credit card, please note the bank/credit card fee is non refundable.

Fees must be paid within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled, unless we have received a request for a payment extension.

cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellations received:

On or before 12 May 2025 will incur a $200 cancellation fee
On or before 9 June 2025 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid
On or after 10 June 2025 there will be no refund of fees

Please note that all cancellation fees are subject to GST.

insurance

The conference organising committee strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
