In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and may be made available to parties directly related to this event. Your details as given in this form (and any subsequent amendment) will be included in the delegate list produced for the conference which will be supplied to organising bodies, supporters, exhibitors and all delegates attending the conference.

  • 2 nights accommodation at Spicers Guesthouse
  • Breakfast for one (1) on 2 mornings
  • Dinner for 1 on Saturday night

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received: On or before 12 May 2025 will incur a $200 cancellation fee On or before 9 June 2025 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid On or after 10 June 2025 there will be no refund of fees Please note that all cancellation fees are subject to GST.
