theNAC has an ongoing focus on sustainability, and making the conference as low impact as possible. We would be grateful for any delegates to read the below, and take part in our sustainable practices, to help reduce our impact. 

Below you will find the different ways the conference organisers and Noah's on the Beach are working towards a more sustainable conference: 

Conference initiatives 

• Encouraging delegates to bring and use reusable coffee cups and water bottles
  
• Water stations at the conference to refill bottles or glasses (no plastic water bottles)
  
• Asking poster presenters to print their posters on recycled paper/card or material
  
• Recycling name badge holders & lanyards
  
• Encouraging sponsors to be sustainable in any promotion or printing for the conference
  
• Minimising what is being printed for onsite, as we will use the conference app to send almost all information to delegates 
  

Noah’s initiatives 

• We have a renewable energy supply arrangement
  
• We embrace recycling and sort all waste to encourage recycling
  
• Water saving initiatives are in place throughout the hotel, including encouraging guests to save water in their rooms and within hotel operations
  
• Room amenities have biodegradable tubes and caps
  
• Eco friendliness is a criteria for all purchasing within the Hotel i.e. room amenities to be purchased are based on eco friendliness
