You can join the trip and chose not to participate in all the swimming, walks and activities. The destinations also provide a perfect opportunity for relaxation and respite.

PAYMENT

Any deposit paid will be fully refundable to the 10 March 2021 if we are not able to proceed with the itinerary as planned. 

If you decide to cancel after paying the deposit, a $100 administration fee will be charged (per person) and the remainder of any fees paid will be refunded.

As at the 1 March 2021, the decision to proceed or not will be confirmed, which will be dependent on Covid-19 in Australia, border closures and general travel advice.

If the decision is made to proceed, then the balance of the trip will be required for payment, as per terms below, and if cancelled, a full refund of the deposit will be made. 

Terms

  • $200 deposit (per person) within 21 days of booking to confirm your booking.
  • Decision of travel confirmed by 1 March 2021.
  • 50% of remaining fare by 22 March 2021
  • Balance of fare by 3 May 2021

The conference/itinerary will only proceed if minimum numbers are achieved and in the case this is not reached, a full refund of any deposit will be provided.  The tour also operates on maximum numbers, and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with the places allocated on receipt of deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Up to and on 10 March 2021:
    • Full refund if WE decide that the trip is cancelled
    • $100 administration charge (per person) if YOU decide to cancel your booking
  • After 10 March 2021, refund of what is possible of fees paid *

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is strongly advised that all guests have their own travel/health insurance. We will be travelling in remote locations in Western Australia and in case of a medical emergency, evacuation may mean a helicopter flight.  Therefore, comprehensive travel/health insurance that also covers medical evacuation is essential.

Please understand that in organising an event such as this, there are numerous suppliers and operators that provide services.  The refund and cancellation entitlements across all contracts vary widely and as such, a set dollar value cannot be given on a refund, as day to day it will be different during the final 8-9 weeks.  The organiser will be seeking to secure reasonable terms with all suppliers to provide as much flexibility as possible but there may be some circumstances where refunds are not available, cancellation fees are incurred, or that the operator may offer a credit for the services that can be taken (outside of the group) up to 3 years from June 2021.
