DAY 1: Saturday 29 May 2021
Make your own way to Perth and the hotel where we will meet for dinner at a city hotel.

DAY 2: Sunday 30 May 2021
After relaxed breakfast, we make our way to Perth Airport for the flight to Exmouth.
After arriving in Exmouth, transfer to accommodation with some time to settle in before conference sessions in the afternoon, followed by dinner.

DAY 3: Monday 31 May 2021
Full day 'swim with whale sharks' tour.
After an early breakfast we depart for the boat where we will spend the day looking for the whale sharks. Once found, we have an opportunity to swim with these beautiful creatures.
Depending on numbers we might be split across 2 boats as each vessel has a maximum license of 20 swimmers per boat.
After a long (and hopefully very rewarding) day, the evening will be a relaxed 'pub/pizza' meal.

DAY 4: Tuesday 1 June 2021
After breakfast we will be conferencing for the morning sessions.
Taking a packed lunch, we will head off for the afternoon tour. Designed with the avid snorkeler in mind, this tour maximises time in the water whilst exploring the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef at 2 fantastic snorkeling sites. A full 3 hours are spent on the water at Tantabiddi Sanctuary Zone and way beyond with ample opportunity to view numerous unique coral habitats whilst onboard or snorkelling.
For those not interested in snorkelling, you have the opportunity to be dropped at the local beach for a relaxing afternoon or make your own plans.
On return, again, a relaxed dinner to end the day.

DAY 5: Wednesday 2 June 2021
A day of conferencing with an afternoon free, allowing you to explore Exmouth or the surrounding area. A visit to the Ningaloo Centre in town is recommended.
Dinner is your own arrangement tonight.

DAY 6: Thursday 3 June 2021
Today we travel from Exmouth to Paraburdoo, then transfer to Karijini Eco Retreat located in the Karijini National Park.
Half day of conference is included.
The next few nights will be spent in an Eco Tent (with ensuite) at the Karijini Eco Retreat.

DAY 7 - 9: Friday 4 June 2021 - Sunday 6 June 2021
An opportunity to enjoy the true Australian 'outback'. Days will be spent conferencing and exploring the many rivers, water holes and gorges in the national park.

DAY 10: Monday 7 June 2021
Conference in the morning before the bus transfer back to Paraburdoo airport for the flight to Perth.
Expected flight: QF1657 – departs 1600. Perth arrival 1745
Bus transfer from Perth airport to QT Perth to stay for the night.

Breakfast in your own time, and itinerary ends.
