Live your best weekend away in the Hunter Valley in a Superior Room with a comfy king bed.
Each Superior Room comes with an ensuite bathroom, and a work zone just in case you need to send any last-minute emails before wrapping up the week and beginning your wine and local produce indulgence. Selected rooms have sofa beds for families and groups travelling together.
We suggest The Crowne Plaza - a 7 minute drive away
A number of King Superior Rooms are being held for the conference at the following rates:
If you are bringing children with you to the conference, the best room option is the King Superior Twin room, which has 2 queen beds in it, allowing a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children in the room. Alternatively, you can book 2 interconnecting rooms. Please include details when you complete the registration process.
Please note, the dinner is not suitable for children, and please consider who will be caring for the children during the dinner if they are in the hotel.
Due to the weekend demand for accommodation in the Hunter, the hotel has some very strict cancellation policies. Please be aware of the following when booking:
You will not be asked to pay for your room in advance. You will however be asked to submit your credit card details which are then passed onto the hotel for them to hold as security against your room.
By providing your credit card details at registration, you are agreeing to the cancellation clauses above and understand that your card will be charged if you cancel within the period above.
Please note, check in time for the hotel is at 3.00pm. No guarantee is
given for room availability before this time. Check out is 11.00am.
Accommodation rooms are inclusive of one breakfast per night. Additional breakfasts will be charged at $25 per person. You can book these at the time of registration.
Internet is available throughout the venue.
There is ample, outdoor on site parking at the venue.
