  • HPS Member (to attend via Zoom):    Free
  • Non-Member:                                      $140
    (Zoom attendance not available to non-members)
  • Trainees (with dinner):                        $55 (limited spaces, and presenters free of charge)


Cancellation

If you cancel, then a refund will only be made up until the 6th October, after which there will be no refund of monies paid. No merchant fees will be refunded (at any stage).


Limited Numbers

There are strictly limited places available at the dinner.  Places will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.  Once the dinner is fully allocated, only Zoom (member) registrations will be available.

·         $100 joining fee

·         $110 annual membership fee, or free to those retired 

Membership is offered on a financial year and therefore runs from July - June each year.

How to book your ticket.

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer, or credit card (2.2% merchant fee). If you elect to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be emailed to you with the bank details on the invoice.  If you elect to pay by credit card, you will receive a tax invoice showing the amount has been paid and this can be used as your receipt.

Please note, any merchant fees charged are non-refundable.
