Accommodation 

Accommodation is no longer being held for the ICSR 2021. If you require assistance booking accommodation at the Mantra Nelson Bay or The Landmark, please send through your check in/check out dates and preferred hotel (Mantra or Landmark) to Lauren O'Brien on icsr@willorganise.com.au. Lauren will endeavor to obtain you a room at your requested property. The price will be communicated to you before confirming the room. 

Mantra Nelson Bay 

Getting away to Nelson Bay is an absolute pleasure when you stay at Mantra Nelson Bay on the North Coast of New South Wales. This Nelson Bay resort with its central location provides the perfect base from which to explore Port Stephens and the surrounding areas. You'll love the self-contained two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, all within walking distance of everything Nelson Bay has to offer including a 27-hole golf course and a variety of amenities and activities.

Mantra Nelson Bay is only 5 minute walk to Nelson Bay Golf Club. 

The credit card used to secure the room during the registration process will be charged in full 7 days prior to your check in.

Check in time is 2:00pm

Check out time is 10:00am

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event of your plans being changed, more than 7 days notice will receive a full credit, less a cancellation service charge of $100. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received your full deposit is forfeited. Please note, credit card transaction fees apply, and are non-refundable. 

The Landmark

In the heart of Port Stephens’ main attractions, the Landmark Nelson Bay is the perfect resort accommodation for a weekend away or a relaxing holiday escape. No matter what your interests, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect holiday at your doorstep at Landmark Nelson Bay.

The Landmark Nelson Bay is only a 5 minute walk to Nelson Bay Golf Club. 

Please note, you will be charged a $50 deposit 3 weeks out from your arrival date, on the credit card supplied when booking. The remainder of the balance is payable direct with the hotel when checking in.

CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations between 21 and 8 days prior to arrival, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged 1 nights' cancellation fee, as per your room type. 

The Conference Organisers have secured accommodation rates for conference delegates at the above hotel/s. To receive these rates, you will need to make the booking during the online conference registration process. Any bookings made through any other Third Party websites or directly with a hotel are at your own risk and Will Organise nor NSW DPI can be held liable or accountable for these bookings.
