REGISTRATION 


Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. 

Please read the details below before completing the on line registration (link at bottom of the page)

  • Morning / afternoon tea as programmed
  • Lunch as programmed

FEES

Please note:  all fees include NZ GST

PAYMENT AND RECEIPT/INVOICE

Payment for registration must be made at the time of registration via credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
A summary of your registration and a tax invoice will be emailed to you within seven working days.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received:
  • On or before 1 March 2019 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid
  • After 1 March 2019 there will be no refund.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS 

Your registration will be acknowledged by return email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.

INSURANCE

The Conference Organising Committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
