ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation can no longer be booked during the online registration process as all unsold rooms have been released back to the hotel. Should you wish to book a room, please send your check in/check out dates to Liz Hart on lhart@willorganise.com.au who will endeavour to obtain you a room. 

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel but will not be charged until check out. Your credit card will be charged in full upon check out.

HOW TO BOOK

Please complete the accommodation section during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3.00pm
Check out time is 11.00am

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations or alterations in bookings received prior to Monday 2nd April 2018 will not incur penalties/fess. Cancellations/alternations after Monday 2nd April 2018 will be charged in full for the booking.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is NOT included in the room rate. Should you wish to book breakfast, it is an additional conference rate of $25 per per, per day. Please advise reception staff upon check in.  

CAR PARKING

The Park Royal Darling Harbour does offer parking. The rates are as follows:

• $55.00 per day - onsite valet parking (based on availability)
• $40.00 per 24 hours - self parking at Centro Cinema Centre Car Park on 306 Sussex Street or 521 Kent Street. Tickets must be purchsed from Hotel reception desk upon departure.
