ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is no longer being offered at the following places as all unsold rooms have been released back to the hotels. If you would like a room, please email Liz Hart on lhart@willorganise.com.au with your check in/check out dates and which hotel (Rydges or Chifley Apartments) you will like and Liz will obtain you a room. 

Please be aware that the price of the rooms at Rydges are subject to change after the 4th July 2018. This will communicated to you after initial contact with the Hotel has been made.  

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel but will not be charged until check out. Your credit card will be charged in full upon check out.

RYDGES NEWCASTLE (FORMALLY CROWNE PLAZA) 

Choose the harbour-front Rydges Newcastle hotel for stunning harbour views and easy access to beaches, parks, Honeysuckle restaurants, and the Hunter Valley wine region. Drink in views of the harbour as you sample Hunter Valley wines and a gourmet meal crafted from fresh Australian ingredients at the recently refurbished Seasalt Restaurant. 

HOW TO BOOK

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in time is 2.00pm
Check out time is 11.00am

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations received between 60-30 days of arrival, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 29 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 

PARKING

Valet parking is available on site for all residential conference delegates at the charge of $29 per car per day.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is NOT included in the room rate. Breakfast at the Hotel can be purchased upon check in for $25 per person per day. If you would like breakfast, please advise when booking accommodation by simply adding this into the 'special request' field.

WALKING DISTANCE FROM NEWCASTLE CITY HALL

Rydges Newcastle is 400 metres or approximatley a 5 minute walk to Newcastle City Hall where the conference is being held.   

CHIFLEY APARTMENTS NEWCASTLE

Being away doesn’t mean you have to give up comfort and ease. Our self-catering apartments for both short and long term accommodation needs, offer the best of creature comforts – a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, unlimited connectivity with high speed wi-fi on the house, and cable programming are some. To stay active, an onsite fitness centre and outdoor heated pool.

Chifley Apartments is 650 metres or approximatley 10 minute walk to Newcastle City Hall where the conference is being held.
