Accommodation

Accommodation is currently being held at the conference venue, Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart. A room can be booked at the Hotel Grand Chancellor during the online registration process. 

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel but will not be charged until check out. Your credit card will be charged in full upon check out.

HOW TO BOOK

Please complete the accommodation section during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3.00pm
Check out time is 11.00am

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 1 nights' accommodation.

PARKING

There is parking available at the Hotel Grand Chancellor. For hotel guests, parking is offered at $9 per day self park or $18 per day valet park.

Harbour View Superior $245 per night
