Accommodation
Rooms are being held at The Royal on the Park Hotel for conference participants. If you would like to book a room at the conference rate ($199 per room per night), please indicate your requirements when you register.Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel and 30 days prior to your arrival, your card will be charged in full for your accommodation. Please note that once payment has been made, no refunds will be given for amendments or cancellations.
HOW TO BOOK
Please complete the accommodation section during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.
