Emma Rafferty has been working in books for almost two decades and is a Commissioning Editor at Pan Macmillan Australia, where she is acquiring fiction, non-fiction, and children’s books for older readers. Prior to that, she was the Editorial Manager at Hachette Australia, and she has also worked as a freelance and inhouse editor. She is passionate about discovering and developing talent and supporting writers to create sustainable careers.
