Discounted accommodation rates are offered on the below rooms at Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas. If you would like to book a room at the conference rate, you can do so during the registration process. 

Please note that this link is for the main event dates only. If you wish to book accommodation before or after the event, please first book your conference dates and then email the Group Reservations Team at groups.portdouglas@sheraton.com with your confirmation number for assistance in amending your booking.

Positioned directly on the famous Four Mile Beach, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is a premier hotel in Port Douglas, Australia, and is the perfect stepping-off point to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest. Glow within our spacious, sunlit guest rooms. All our rooms boast views of tropical gardens or lagoons, and feature seating areas and spacious marble bathrooms.

Rooms include a King or Twin Double bed configuration in the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience bed.


GARDENVIEW KING OR TWIN GUEST ROOM 

Enjoy a restful sleep on our Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience bed, waking up refreshed for your day ahead. The room configuration is 1 king bed or 2 double beds, Garden View, mini fridge, wireless internet, coffee/tea making facilities. 

You can book this room for $455.00 per night.



The hotel has some very strict cancellation policy. A full cancellation fee (all booked nights) is due if a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. 

Credit cards will be charged upon check in (or at the time of a cancellation). By providing your credit card details at registration, you are agreeing to the cancellation clause above and understand that your card will be charged if you cancel within the period above.

Bookings made after the 5 July 2025 will need to be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat on groups.portdouglas@sheraton.com and will be subject to availability. This will be at the discretion of the hotel, and there is no guarantee there will be rooms available. 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Please note that check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11am. Guests are welcome to leave luggage with Concierge until check in time or until the conclusion of their conference. Late check outs can be arranged subject to availability, and fees may be applicable.

Breakfast is not included in the above rate, however can be added for $35 per person per day (usually $48). If you would like to have breakfast at the hotel, it is charged on consumption and you do not need to pre-book.
