Fiona Shilton was once asked to describe herself and the only thing she could think of is 'I'm like an Eaton Mess; a sweet dessert invented by a hyperactive Labrador who squashed a strawberry pavlova in a picnic basket'.

A country girl, farmer's wife, mum of five, avid bushwalker, fast talker, Fiona is now a reformed burnt-out Corporate and Family Lawyer.

For more than a decade she drew up thousands of dispute focused wills. Wills designed to set families up to fail. She took instructions that ticked all the boxes but did little to reflect the heart of the willmaker in front of her or were written to be used as a weapon after death.

One day in 2020 Fiona woke up [jobless - but that's another story!] and decided she was ready to do estate planning her way.
