RACV Cape Schanck is now sold out over the Monday night during the conference, and you may need to look for accommodation elsewhere. Below is a list of the closest available hotels and resorts.

As the Mornington Peninsula is a popular location, there is also an extensive range of accommodation on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Stayz, within walking distance of RACV. We advise getting a group together and staying near the RACV. Below are some of the closest options:

ANZSPED are offering discounts on the below rooms at RACV Cape Schanck. If you would like to book a room at the conference rate, you can do so when you register. If the dates you require are not available or if you would like to book days before or after the conference dates - please book what you can and enter your preferred dates in the 'special requests' field and we will contact the hotel and endeavour to book the extended dates on your behalf.

Accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Credit cards will be charged at 14 days prior to arrival.


SUPERIOR ROOM - SOLD OUT

With each room boasting an unparalleled view over either our incredible golf course, Port Phillip Bay or Bass Strait, luxury is epitomised in our Superior Room. Take in the view from the room's balcony and indulge in the room's extensive amenities available to every guest. 

You can book this room with an included 1 full breakfast per day for $313.00, or 2 full breakfasts per day for $338.00.



DELUXE ROOM - SOLD OUT

These luxurious, oversized hotel style rooms have views of either our incredible golf course, Bass Strait or Port Phillip Bay. These well-appointed rooms have a deep soaking free standing spa bath, conventional balcony, the comfort of either a king-size bed or two king singles facing directly towards the view, gourmet minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, plush robes, slippers and pillow menu. The Deluxe Room can accommodate two adults in one king bed or two singles. 

You can book this room with an included 1 full breakfast per day for $431.00, or 2 full breakfasts per day for $456.00.



OCEAN VIEW ROOM - This room is only available over Saturday & Sunday nights

Located just a quick scenic walk or drive from the main building, these secluded hotel style rooms have sweeping views of Bass Strait, a conventional balcony, the comfort of either a king-size bed or two king singles, gourmet minibar, plush robes and slippers. Ocean View Rooms at RACV Cape Schanck Resort, Mornington Peninsula, can accommodate two adults in one king bed or two singles. 

You can book this room with an included 1 full breakfast per day for $347.00, or 2 full breakfasts per day for $377.00.



TWO BEDROOM GOLF VILLA - SOLD OUT

Located just a quick scenic walk or drive from the main building, these secluded and spacious fully self-contained two-bedroom villas include a full kitchen, expansive living area, European laundry, personal BBQ and the comfort of either a king-size bed or two king singles in each bedroom, each with their own private ensuite.

This room includes 4 full breakfasts per day for $371.00.



THREE BEDROOM GOLF VILLA - SOLD OUT

Located just a quick scenic walk or drive from the main building, these secluded and spacious fully self-contained three-bedroom villas include a full kitchen, expansive living area, European laundry, spa bath, personal BBQ and the comfort of either a king-size bed or two king singles in each bedroom, each with their own private ensuite.

This room includes 6 full breakfasts per day for $456.00.


The hotel has some very strict cancellation policies. Please be aware of the following when booking:

  • Any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of one nights accommodation as a cancellation fee.

Credit cards will be charged at 14 days prior to arrival. By providing your credit card details at registration, you are agreeing to the cancellation clause above and understand that your card will be charged if you cancel within the period above.

INCIDENTALS POLICY 

RACV is a cashless venue and upon check in, guests will be required to provide credit card details to cover incidentals they may have. If you would like to use the same credit card details provided upon reservation, but will not have the physical card upon check in, the booker should contact the resort to authorise all charges.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Please note that check in is after 2pm and check out is before 10am. Guests are welcome to leave luggage with Concierge until check in time or until the conclusion of their conference.

Breakfast is included in the above rates and is served daily in the Samphire Restaurant from 7am to 10:30am.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday night is booked out. If you are flying into Melbourne Saturday 18th, you may need to stay the night in the city, and ANZSPED are offering bus transfers from Melbourne airport on Sunday 19th to Cape Schanck RACV.
