Any cancellations of bookings received within 30 days prior of arrival will be charged in full by The Four Seasons hotel.

If you are in need of a babysitter at any point during the conference, the Four Seasons can assist in arranging this service for you. 

The cost of this service is $210.00 for 3 hours for up to 2 children (minimum time) + $60 for each additional hour and $30.00AUD for any additional children + parking.
