Registrations now open!

Each person attending the conference needs to complete his or her own registration, with payment. Please ensure you read all information on this site carefully before completing your registration. 

REGISTRATION FEES

CONFERENCE INCLUSIONS 

  • Attendance at live stream sessions
  • Access to all recordings for 12 months post event
  • Any official documentation


PAYMENT OF FEES

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by direct deposit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX). Bank details will be supplied on a tax invoice after your registration.

You will be sent a tax invoice once your registration has been received. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

If you wish to cancel your registration this must be done in writing and will be subject to the following:

  • If cancelled prior to 14 days from the event, a full refund will be made
  • If cancelled within 14 days and 48 hours of the event, a cancellation fee of $100 will be payable
  • If cancelled within 48 hours of the event, no refunds will be made

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of Society of Paediatric Anaesthetists in Australia and New Zealand, Inc (ABN 44 639 760 994) (“SPANZA”) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with SPANZA and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement and privacy policy.
