ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is being offered at the below properties and bookings for accommodation can be made during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel. Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee which will be passed onto the hotel but will not be charged until check out where full payment must be made.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations between 30 and 7 days prior to check in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation. Cancellations 7 days prior to check in date, will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full duration/value of the booking.

Less than 30 days notice for cancellations will incur a penalty equal to the first night's accommodation. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to check in or no-shows will incur a penalty of 100% of the total accommodation.

Cancellations between 29 - 14 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 1 nights' stay. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the entire amount due, no shows will be charged for the entire amount due.
