Joining Fee


For your first year of joining, the joining fee must be paid.  This is a once only payment, unless you allow your membership to fall into arrears, resulting in your membership being cancelled.  Then, if you want to re-join again in the future, the fee will again be payable.

Membership Types

HPS Membership runs on a financial year (July - June).

 

If you join towards the end or start of the calendar year (i.e. approximately halfway through the membership year), you will be asked to pay for a full year, but half of this will be credited to the following period, so when renewals are issued, you will only be asked to pay 50% of the 2nd year.

Terms and Conditions
Payment is to be made within 7 days of membership application. Please note a 2.2% surcharge is applied to all credit card payments. Bank Transfers: If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, once you hit submit, you will receive an invoice with the bank details included. Credit Cards: If you choose to pay by card, you will receive confirmation of your payment via email and this email will include a tax invoice, showing as paid (which can then be used as your receipt)
