This is a scientific meeting which aims to enhance medical knowledge amongst health professionals in the field of Paediatric Endocrinology. The meeting is open to ANZSPED members and Health Professionals practising in, or with an active interest in Paediatric Endocrinology. In addition, representatives from industry sponsors are permitted to attend the meeting as observers. However, personnel from pharmaceutical, medical device or other related companies that are not sponsoring the meeting are not permitted to register.

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this site before completing your registration.


Included for Registered Persons

Members, Non Members, Trainee/Allied Health/Nurse

  • Attendance at ALL sessions (excludes Diabetes Technology workshop)
  • Morning & afternoon tea & lunch as scheduled in program  
  • Welcome Reception

Day only

  • Attendance at sessions for chosen day (excludes Diabetes Technology workshop)
  • Morning & afternoon tea & lunch as scheduled in program 
  • Name badge and other conference materials for chosen day

Accompanying Person

  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner, with name badge provided


Payment of Fees

All fees are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants, however you must complete the online registration before the tax invoice can be issued.  

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment of fees can be made by direct deposit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX 2.2% surcharge). All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the Conference.   


Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat on asm@anzsped.org.  

Cancellations received:

  1. Before 5pm on Friday 6 June 2025 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee;
  2. after the date referred to in point 1. but before 5pm on Friday 4 July 2025, you are entitled to 50% refund of monies actually received; 
  3. after 4 July 2025 there will be no refund.


Insurance

The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
