Alicia began her career in Conferencing and Events in 2003 and is currently the Director and Conference Manager of Will Organise. She is an Accredited Event Professional (AEP) through Meeting Events Australia (MEA) and has experience in over 150 conferences, ranging from 30 persons for a one-day course to over 800 delegates in a capital city, with a program incorporating up to 8 concurrent sessions. Alicia understands what is involved in delivering an outstanding events and works closely with clients to ensure their aims and objectives are met for each event.

Katy joined Will Organise in 2007, originally working part time, as she completed her studies of Meetings and Events Management at TAFE. Katy was recognised at the completion of her studies with the highest marks in NSW for the course. Katy is an expert in all things websites, accommodation bookings and registration management. Known to the team as our ‘website genius’, she diligently develops apps and communication campaigns effortlessly for clients. In 2017, Katy was awarded the title 'EventsAIR Innovator of the Year' which demonstrates her ability to create innovative and unique event concepts to get the best outcome for her clients.

Fresh out of University, Liz has a Bachelor of Management and jumped headfirst into all aspects of Will Organise when she joined the team in 2016. It didn't take Liz long to be promoted from Conference Assistant to Conference Coordinator deomstrating her strong management and coordination skills.
