    Presentation Guidelines

The aim of the presentation is to highlight interesting education points for all attendees and it is not intended to be stressful, or competitive. We aim to have a relaxed meeting with lots of discussion, participation and fun whilst learning together.
Each case will be allocated approximately 20minutes, made up of a 10min presentation followed by 10min discussion time.
All presentations should last no longer than 10min (strict timekeeping will be upheld) and should include:

    • A title slide
    • Full case study information
    • The initial slides should be dedicated to patient history, management, treatment etc
    • The remaining slides should include a summary of your case, discussion points of learning areas, and details of your literature review.

While we do not mandate the number of slides, we recommend 6-8 slides for the case report and 4-6 slides for the discussion. As mentioned above, to allow for adequate discussion all presentations will be halted at 10 minutes – please keep this in mind when preparing your presentation.
Please keep your presentations anonymous by not including identifying information such as DOB, Hospital UR etc
