The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel. Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee and the card will be charged in full 30 days out from your arrival.
