Accommodation
We are no longer holding rooms with The Novotel On Collins, Melbourne for conference participants, however rooms are still available upon request. If you wish to book a room, please email your requirements to Liz Hart on lhart@willorganise.com.au and we will endeavour to book a room accordingly. Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel and 30 days prior to your arrival, your card will be charged in full for your accommodation. Please note that once payment has been made, no refunds will be given for amendments or cancellations.
HOW TO BOOK
Please complete the accommodation section during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.
